The third (educational and scientific) higher education level corresponds to the eighth qualification level of the National Qualifications Framework and involves gaining a person the theoretical knowledge, skills and other competencies which are sufficient to generate new ideas, to solve complex problems in the field of professional and / or research and innovation activity, mastering the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The educational component of training Doctors in Philosophy at the University is shown in the educational process and Extended Curriculum.
        A postgraduate who has confirmed his level of knowledge in foreign language, in particular, English, by valid TOEFL test certificate, or the International English Language Testing System, or Cambridge English Language Assessment certificate, at level C1 of the European Language Education Recommendations, has the right:
♦ for enrollment of the corresponding credits provided by the educational-scientific program of postgraduate studies as being executed in full;
♦ to use the amount of training hours provided for the acquisition of language competences for the acquisition of other competencies (in agreement with the scientific supervisor).
        As an integral part of the training of higher education graduates, the degree of doctor of philosophy for teaching activity is an assistant pedagogical training, which is regulated by the Regulations on conducting assistant pedagogical training for higher education graduates of the degree of doctor of philosophy: Order of rector of the University from June 22, 2017, No. 310 / од
